Command Sergeant Major Ramon Rodriguez is a highly decorated Vietnam War veteran and in 2008 was an inductee into the Ranger Hall of Fame. Serving 32 months in Vietnam, he earned seventeen combat medals, including three Silver Stars, five Purple Hearts, and three Bronze Stars, one with "V" for Valor.
